Who is Blue & White Thailand?
In brief, we are an independent reseller of new and collectible tableware and cutlery. We are based in Thailand.

How do I place an order online?
When you come across an item that you like, simply select the quantity you wish to order & then click the "Add to cart" button. You can check the items in your cart by clicking on the icon in the top right hand corner. When you are ready to complete your order, press proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards via our secure online payment gateway. Likewise, we accept payments via bank transfer.

Do I need to create an account before ordering?
Not necessarily (though it's always a good idea to do so). You may purchase any items in our website using a guest account.

When do "pre-order" items ship?
Items marked as "preorder" usually ship in 3-4 weeks. We recommend creating a separate order form specifically for preorders. Otherwise, all items will be sent together once all preorders are received in our warehouse.

Do you offer international delivery?
At the moment, we only deliver within Thailand.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?
When you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email of acknowledgement. Once your parcel has been despatched, a further email will follow to confirm your order is on its way. If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk inboxes as sometimes messages can become lost in those inboxes! Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us at blueandwhitethailand@gmail.com.

I made a wrong order. What should I do?
You are entitled to amend or cancel your order if you so wish, provided the merchandise has not been paid in full and/or shipped from our warehouse. Otherwise, all sales are considered as final. If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please write to blueandwhitethailand@gmail.com.

What happens when I need to return an item?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will offer a replacement (if available in stock) within 7 days of delivery. Please send an email to blueandwhitethailand.com confirming your intention to return an item & the reason for the return. When writing to us, we also need the order number.
